AV. / SEP 11, 1908 /  R.P.O" (Chicago Cottage Grove Ave., Ill.) 6 barred oval "STREET / R. P. O." duplex hand cancel (see scans) to Mr. Edward Manrer, Wilton Jct., Iowa. According to the USRPO Catalogue, this 7.7 mile Street Car route was operated from 1902 to 1911 by the Chicago City Ry. Co.; they list this particular Street Car cancel as cancel "CH-3-e".
