Send an email to Nitecore® service with the product model, product serial number to locate a US warranty service center for you. Product serial number is a 13 digital number.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days. Return shipping will be paid for by Paracordinnovations™ provided there is something wrong with the functionality of the item. If you don't like the item or find it's not what you needed I welcome the return; however it will be at your cost. For new items if it shows any sign of use or any parts including original box, packaging, paperwork are missing there is a 15% restocking fee.
