Measurements: all taken while item laying flat

Shoulder to shoulder: 18"

Length: 28"

Collar is ivory, creams and whites. Woven and knit into a beautiful one of a kind Item.  Knit is open weave almost like a fishing net with little twist of yarn into a design.  Tag is Brand RANDIE from early 80s is my best guess..

Over all vintage wear  that you would except to see.
