- For PayPal customers we will only accept payments from the PayPal account with a physical confirmed shipping address. We will only ship to the confirmed address, no exceptions.

- A direct signature will be required for every order over $100.

- Orders will be processed 1-2 business days after payments are received. Orders will be processed during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm PST. We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. 

- Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. 

-If you are not happy with your item please contact us first to set up a return. Item must be in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Return must take place within 30 days after item is received. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded. A 10% restocking fee may apply. Refunds will not be given to any items deemed by one of our technicians to have been tampered with or disassembled by the buyer.

-If your item is DOA, has a Failure within the return period or we have sent you something different to what you ordered contact us immediately. We will appreciate it if you send us a message and on the topics please choose "Details Or Other" but please don't open an eBay/Paypal claim before giving us the chance to resolve the issue. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days so we can set up a return. you will be given a full refund or replacement, Including postage and packaging costs.
