This is a mint complete figure and UNCUT cardback.
Its a green filecard from 1989 series.

Made by Hasbro ,  from the ARAH line and is in great condition.

 The card is straight with minor wear and age .
there are some creases on top corner above
the figure and on the back filecard.
The bubble is firmly sealed and crisp clear.
The waffle seal pattern is present &
there is light sticker residue on the top.

This is a very rare figure to find sealed
and evidence of that is so few listed for sale.
