The Harig Air-Flo is the industry standard for precision sharpening and reconditioning of end mills, reamers, and routers. By utilizing a high-precision air-bearing system, the spindle floats on a .0001" film of air, eliminating metal-to-metal contact and providing virtually frictionless movement. This "finger-sensitive" control allows operators to detect even the slightest resistance while grinding, ensuring superior surface finishes and accurate tool geometries on cutters as small as 1/32".
