PLEASE NOTE!! THE PHOTOS SHOW THIS SIZE BEAD IN A MATTE FINISH. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE POLISHED VERSION OF THAT SIZE AND SHAPE. PLEASE NOTE
These beautiful examples of early American Furnace glass beads are rare and very nice. We acquired these from an old time bead store in the Pacific Northwest. The story she told me was that Tom Arnold was an early experimenter with making furnace glass beads and produced some fine colors and shapes. The only shape here is tubular with many having a matte version as well as a shiny version in the same color. As with any hand made beads, there are slight variations in size and color. The sizes are approximate. There are about 130 beads in each of these lots. FREE SHIPPING
