Kyle Petty Action Packed 1993 PROMO CARD FOR THE 24K SERIES,  cool cards, 3d type embossed extra thick cards, nice photos. stored away for decades has not been rubbed on or been played with . card to be mailed in a sleeve then inserted in a UV protected top loader. card can be mailed in a under $1 mailer, works pretty good most of the time,,, However i would recommend that the card be shipped in a larger package with better tracking and faster delivery mules. I do have a variety of new condition unsold vintage price guides, that work well for combining and lot more fun to look at.
