*HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE*

All goods are supplied in grip or zipped sealed plastic bags before being shipped in our recycled material grey mailing bags.

*RETURNS*

We can accept returns on goods that do not have any embroidery or customisation on them. Goods made to order are not able to be returned. Please note that even ‘stock embroidery’ i.e. our His & Hers towels are made to order as you choose the towel colour.

If we’ve made a mistake in embroidery or your item has a fault, please take an image and contact us via Etsy and we will get back to you to work towards a resolution. We will not provide a full refund without prior communication, plain goods returned will be refunded less the original shipping and personalised items we will communicate with you in regards to return costs/ methods and available refunds.
