The Cootie game is missing 1 green eye and a dice. It has an extra head. Pieces are in excellent condition with exception of the extra head. It appears to have been glued. Even comes with the original List of Parts!

I will pack with extra bubble wrap to keep pieces from shifting as much as possible.
