This is a Baby/Toddler safe-T-Touch Warming Dish/Plate/Bowl produced by Excello. It has a dividers for 3 sections and a suction cup bottom. There is a reservoir for pouring the water inside to keep it warm. It is white with light blue handles and features light blue bunnies. Measures 8 inches in diameter (not including handles). Never used with ORIGINAL STICKER.
