New With Tags~ EXPRESS LACE SKULL HEAD & BLACK BACK LACE TOP SHIRT WOMEN'S SIZE L.  The back is all black lace which is see-through and the front has a lace skull with some small scattered studs. The material on the front is also slightly see-through but not as much as the lace on the back is.  

Approximate measurements are Underarm to Underarm while lying flat 20", Underarm down to hem 16 1/2" and shoulder down to hem 26 1/2".  Front is 60% Cotton and 40% Modal while back is 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex.
