Please understand: I am a private seller scaling down my storage needs & trying to save up some money! All of my listings contain comprehensive & honest information with clear photographs. I do not accept returns & will do so only if I have in some way misled the purchaser or am otherwise inexcusably remiss. I do not charge anything on top of the Royal Mail's postage prices but included is a flat rate of 75p for packaging & petrol because although I try to recycle as much as possible, all of it has fresh parcel tape, I have to print the labels off myself and also drive to a Post Office - sometimes with parking charges. I do not receive the final selling price either: Ebay takes a cut. Where the postage service is not 'signed for' or tracked, I will always obtain proof of posting. Obviously, once submitted to the Post Office, packages are out of my control; I cannot accept responsibility for them afterward. In over a decade on Ebay, I have never had a parcel go astray or the contents arrive damaged. I have 100% positive feedback which I'd like to keep so if there are any problems after receipt of an item, please do not leave feedback without first contacting me to investigate a resolution.
