Leitz profile, edge-detail shaper/moulder cutter. 40 mm bore x 5 1/2" diameter x 1.43" tall. Carbide thickness .179" #735417890-01. NOS from an auction lot of custom Leitz cutters that were never picked-up. Looks like an door edge profile cutter to me.
