Payment
We accept PayPal or ebay managed payment method.
We usually ship your item within five business days after confirming the settlement of your payment.
Import duties and taxes are buyer ’s responsibility.
Shipping
Items will be sent out within 5 business day after the payment cleared.
Delivered directly from Japan by Japan Post or courier(Fedex).
All shipping with tracking number & International Insurance.
The estimated shipping time for your item will vary based on the final destination and depend on post office processing.
We carefully pack your item with packing materials.
Pls note: the delivery days may be longer, particularly during peak periods or with bad weather or emergency conditions.
Terms of Sale
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.
2. You have 14 days to return after you receive the item. if you possess it over 14 days , we will not provide refund or replacement.
3. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. And tell us the specific defective area.
4. After we receive the returned item in original condition, we will refund the product price less shipping and handling within 14 days of your purchase. Or as you agree , we will replace for you.
5. Return shipping fee is to be paid by buyer.
6. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer.
International Buyers - Please Note:
1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
4. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
