Gorgeous roughly knee-length cocktail/evening/party dress. In good wearable vintage condition; fit and flare style with gathered royal blue chiffon over the bodice as well as chiffon overlay on the skirt. Bodice and skirt underlay are iridescent purple/pink taffeta(/acetate?)

There are a few flaws (see pictures--small tear at hem, a few on edge near zipper, the straps could use some tiny mends and some discoloration on the inside of the bodice) but nothing very visible. I found this at a vintage shop ~15 years ago and it's been worn maybe three times since. The straps are set too wide for me so probably best for someone with broad shoulders who has a hard time finding vintage that will fit them; or doesn't mind wearing it off the shoulder. One layer of tulle in the skirt, more could definitely be added for a fuller silhouette!

Tag was removed before I got it; I have measured lying flat except where noted otherwise:

Straps: insides are 13" apart at top of shoulder, ~7.5" apart at mid-back where they start

Bust: 17-18" across at underarm

Shoulder to waist (hanging): 16"

Waist: ~14" across

Waist to hem (hanging): 26"

Hips: free

Shoulder to hem (hanging): 42"
