Shows wear with patina on some of the pieces and the mirror left some patina on the case itself.  

One round container still contains a substance (Vaseline?).

The comb has some red marks on it.

Also some discoloration on the case inside and out.  

The handle has plenty of wear.  

Has some scuffs on the outside of the case.
