I can not read the signature, but the plate - 11 1/4" across - is quite wonderful

It was made (but the unidentifiable artist) in Brockton Ma and it is in excellent condition; it weighs almost three pounds

If anyone looking can identify the artist, please let me know. The date it was made is 1989 and it MAY have been bought from the Fuller Craft Museum Shop in Brockton MA
