This listing is for one Pokemon card titled Virizion 12/98 in the Ancient Origins series, released by Wizards of the Coast in 2015.  This card is rare («) and holographic.  I am by no means qualified to grade cards and will not attempt but will describe condition as best as I can.  See photographs above for images of the actual item you will receive.  

Holo foil has no scratches that I can discern.  Card lays flat.  No bends or cuts.  Clean corners.  Previously owned, never played, still in excellent condition after all these years.
