These are new in box (Except for Bling cartridge is out of box). Some boxes have wear due to age, writing on boxes, opened to take photos, etc.  These are cartridges and require the border maker system currently sold by Creative Memories. All designs are retired but work with the current system. Ask questions before purchase.  Thank you!
