Note the rated minimum rated wattage - 60w. These were produced with halogen and dimmable CFL lights in mind. Not all LEDs are dimmable, and I can't guarantee compatibility even with all dimmable LEDs as their wattage will be lower. However I have sold many recently with no complaints.
