stitch should arrest this) and some threads of an area of embroidery have come loose to the left at the
back. They don't seem to be severed - just loose as if they've been caught on something so could
easily be stitched down unnoticeably. See the 6th & 7th photos.***

I do not accept returns & will do so only if I have in some way misled the purchaser or am otherwise inexcusably remiss. I do not charge anything on top of the Royal Mail's postage prices but included is a flat rate of 75p for packaging & petrol because although I try to recycle as much as possible, all of it has fresh parcel tape, I have to print the labels off myself and also drive to a Post Office - sometimes with parking charges. I do not receive the final selling price either: Ebay charge for the listing in the first place and both Ebay & Paypal each apply further charges to me after the sale. Where the postage service is not 'signed for' or tracked, I will always obtain proof of posting. Obviously, once submitted to the Post Office, packages are out of my control; I cannot accept responsibility for them afterward. In over a decade on Ebay, I have never had a parcel go astray or the contents arrive damaged. I have 100% positive feedback which I'd like to keep so if there are any problems after receipt of an item, please do not leave feedback without first contacting me to investigate a resolution.
