This is a Newsletter published by the Digital Group Independent Users Group. 
This is Volume 2 Number 6, I believed this newsletter was published in the late 1970's based on the content of this particular newsletter..
Newsletter exhibits normal sigs of wear due to age, moving and handling over the last few decades. You will notice some very small folds/curls on some of the internal pages of the news letter. Mailing label of recipient on the back cover. 
Newsletter is not bound by any staples (see pictures).

Most of the content are letters of members.
