This is a Newsletter published by the Digital Group Independent Users Group. 
This is Volume 4 Number 4, I believed this newsletter was published in the early 1980's.
Newsletter exhibits normal sigs of wear due to age, moving and handling over the last few decades. You will notice some very small folds/curls on the corners of the news letter (upper right side on back). Along the spine you will notice some creases (see pictures). Mailing label of recipient on the back cover.
