DOORSTEP DELIVERY SERVICE ONLY. 

 This is a single man delivery service.

All items are delivered by 3rd party courier, therefore standard delivery service is door to door service only. which means driver will deliver item to nearest door to the building and will NOT take items up any stair case or in any lifts. so if you live in multi story buildings, flat or apartment then delivery will be made to ground floor level. it will be customers responsibility to take item from main entrance of the building.

FAILED DELIVERIES: If delivery was attempted and failed because customer, then customer will have to pay for re-delivery.

 PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES GIVEN WITHOUT SIGNING FOR THE DAMAGED ITEMS. 

NOTE: IF ANY GOODS ARE DAMAGED AND ARE NOT SIGNED FOR AS‘DAMAGED’ ON THE DELIVERY NOTE, THEN REPLACEMENT AND COLLECTION CHARGES WILL BE AT BUYERS EXPENSE. 

Any damages must be reported 24 hours after delivery has been made. If damages are reported after 24 hours we will not accept responsibility. For all damages reported within 24 hours we will require images before we can process any further. Once images received and the return is approved we will arrange a replacement or credit as soon as possible.  If our courier attempts delivery and delivery is failed due to inadequate space then you will be charged full price for delivery costs. If wrong item is ordered then you will be charged full price for delivery costs. If items are returned they must come back to us in the same condition as sent out. If items are damaged on return then there will be a charge dependent on reflection of damage occurred.

 RETURNS DETAILS

 We only accept returns if items are returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING & CONDITION.

Items must be returned within 30 days from date of receiving the item.

Used or items without original packaging will not be accepted back.
