If it doesn't come in a factory blister pack beware if intending to use it. The Mikuni Japanese factory uses it's own unique and protected rubber and metal parts formulas for the production of products that deliver many years of reliable service.

Please note that we are located at Townsville North QLD and that all standard shipping “Free Freight” travels by train from us all the way down the East Coast as far as Victoria. EBay freight times are estimates only and do not take in to account our location. We have express options available for all our products also. The freight times around Australia are as follows-

Townsville to Brisbane 3 days, Townsville to North/Just South and West is usually 1-2 days,

NSW ACT & VIC 4-6 days, TAS & SA 4-8 days, WA & NT 8-12 days.

Express Freight

Anywhere in QLD except some rural areas is next day delivery. NSW ACT & VIC 2 days, TAS & SA 2-3 days, WA & NT 3-4 days.

Please note that weather events such as flooding, cyclones and other natural disasters etc will delay any ground freight. This is entirely out of our control if this occurs.

All international shipping is done through Australia Post Express Courier EMS service.

The international service we use is generally 4-5 Business days for delivery but can be shorter or longer.

 All international buyers are responsible for the payment of their domestic customs duties and taxes charged on imported goods. The duty-free threshold and duty/taxes payable rates differ from one country to another and we strongly advise you check your liability before ordering if unsure. Please check your tracking on all international shipments within 7 days to follow their progress and determine if it is being held by your local customs dept. or on their behalf by the Postal Service, who you will need to contact using the provided tracking number.

Our business Warranty or Return period is 7 days only. We do accept eBay’s 30 day return policy but please read all the information below carefully before making your purchase.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS FINAL.

Here at Mikuni OZ we do offer refunds and returns but there are strict procedures for this.

All carburetor kits that need to be returned for refund or exchange MUST be returned in the exact same way they left the warehouse. All Carburetors & Carby kits that have been opened WILL BE thoroughly stripped and inspected, in the case of any fuel being added, greases or lubricants, tampering or any form of damage to the carburetor there will be ABSOLUTELY NO refund and the kit will be returned to you at your expense! THIS IS FINAL AND NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS!

Absolutely all returns for any reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee whether it has been opened or not before it was returned and the freight for us to send you the kit originally will be deducted also before your refund is issued.
