  • Shipping Policy
    • All orders are shipped within 24 hours during regular business days. We ship Monday-Friday and on some Saturdays as well. If you have any questions about shipping please contact us first.
    • Many of our items come with free shipping. If you are purchasing multiple items on which shipping is charged, please follow one of the following two methods for the best shipping rate:
         - Option 1: Add the items to your cart, and then from your cart, hit the Request Total From Seller link and then wait for us to send you an invoice with adjusted shipping.
         - Option 2: Use the Buy It Now option and NOT the "Add to Cart" option, then select Commit To Buy for each item and wait for us to send you an adjusted invoice.
    • Ebay CANNOT combine shipping automatically, so please wait for our combined invoice. We send out invoices throughout the day. If you do not wait for a combined invoice then WE CANNOT REFUND THE EXTRA SHIPPING.
    • We ship INTERNATIONAL, all rates are calculated automatically through Ebay. You will see your shipping price displayed for the country in which you are having the item shipped to.
    • Most Domestic Shipping is via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail. Some heavier items may be shipped via FedEx.
    • Most International Shipping is via USPS First Class International, heavier packages may go via USPS Priority.
    • We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO and Puerto Rico.
  • Payment Methods
    • Paypal is the only method of payment we accept. Any payments made via E-Check through Paypal must clear before item is shipped.
    • Notes left at checkout or on your Paypal payment may not be noticed, if you have any comments please be sure to send us a message directly to ensure we see your comments.
    • We ship fast so if you have a request to change your order please contact us ASAP.
    • SALES TAX will be charged on all orders shipping to California.
  • Return Policy
    • We accept returns on UNUSED and UNOPENED items within 14 days of purchase.  Any item that has been opened or used cannot be returned unless it is defective.
    • Please contact us first before sending any item back for return instructions.
