Sugar Bowl Creamer Bristol Fine China Sunrise Japan 3 To 4 In.  The sugar Bowl has the 3-in opening and the lid that goes into the sugar bowl sets in with the 2-in edge which makes the lid loose on top of the sugar bowl.  They definitely look like a set and I think that's how they were made but not positive.  You are purchasing this item with that knowledge so look at the pictures carefully and realize that the lid is wobbly on the sugar bowl.
