**Please NOTE:  We try to measure all items -- but it is not an “exact science”. For this dress, We measured the body by measuring the liner to help achieve a more accurate fit at the bust (since it is a loose / blouson bust).  Variation in measurements are given for unstretched to stretched.  Length of dress was given for the liner from waist stitching on the dress to hem of the liner.  there is extra lace that extends past the liner, which is about 1.5" in addition.  Making it about 45.5" from waist to hem (when measuring the lace).  We use a standard measuring tape to give you an estimate measurement that you can compare with standard measurements of brand. Although that will vary depending on the fit or style of the item. We did my best to get it as close as possible.
