Returns
If you are returning our batteries, please note the following points to avoid short circuits caused by improper handling:
1. If the battery has an on/off switch, be sure to turn off the power switch.
2. Please insulate the positive and negative terminals of the battery as you received it.
3.  Please use foam or other materials to fix the battery so that the battery will not shake in the carton.

Warm Tips：
1. According to the shipping requirement, the battery cannot be fully charged. Please fully charge the battery immediately after you receive it to activate the battery for maximum capacity.

2. In order to maintain the highest power and longest service life, please ensure that the battery is charged at least once every three months, and if you are going to store it for a long period of time, please make sure that the battery capacity is maintained at more than 80%.

3. Batteries should be kept in a dry environment, away from fire and water. 

4. Make sure you have purchased the right battery or motor kit, please check the size and model carefully before purchase!

5. When the battery capacity is lower than 20%, please charge it in time to ensure the battery life.

6. we will check every parcel before shipment, as we can't control the shipping status, when you receive damaged goods, please contact us in time. We will handle it properly.
