Installation Steps:

• 1. Locate the stock BOV and loosen clamps.
• 2. Remove the stock BOV.
• 3. Install the new BOV.
• 4. Tighten clamps.

• The factory blow off valve(BOV) is constructed of a plastic material that doesn’t hold up to the power and vibration of the turbo. When you jump on the skinny pedal, the high boost and heat will just trash that plastic valve.
• Our aluminum blow off valve is your answer for replacing that often fails within the first year. If you’re noticing a loss of power, your OEM blow off valve is the likely culprit.

How BOV Work?

• You're ripping down the trail, heavy on the throttle, the turbo is making boost, forcing air into intake, feeding your engine the air that it needs.
• Then you let off the throttle, the throttle body closes, forcing air go back to where it came.
• This fully recirculating valve design accurately directs all turbo pressure back into intake system, giving you immediate power you need at your fingertips.

Faulty Blow Off Valve:

• Problems arise when your blow off valve fails to open properly – from either sticking or cracking. When this happens your car will go into limp mode, lose power, or throw on a check engine light. Although a combination of other problems can cause these errors, a faulty blow off valve is the most common.
