Walter Payton was on a plastic cup for Vienna Beef in 1980. This appears to pre date that.  An MSA production in conjunction with the NFL players' association ( no team emblem or logo displayed.)  MSA did disk sets for different restaurants and companies in the mid 70's ( Crane/ Isalys/ Z Zip) i.e.   Manufactured by Comet Productions ( see photo of bottom)---Cup is  5 5/8" in height---2 1/8" on bottom and 3 1/4" at rim.  No company  name or  advertising on cup---  very slight wear but overall nice condition-- nice vintage  display piece, great player-   very scarce-- I do combine shipping and track all items
