AUTOOL CT150 Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner is an integrated four-cylinder fuel injector machine. It combines ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control technology into one, which can simulate various working conditions of the engine and can clean and test the injectors of automobiles and motorcycles.

Ultrasonic cleaning

It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.Clean Multiple Injectors At The Same Time

Support 110V/220V supply voltage; support simultaneous cleaning and testing of 4-cylinder injectors; support testing of standard injectors for automobiles and motorcycles.

Full inspection of injectors

Uniformity test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector.

Sprayability test: To monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight.

Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under high pressure.

Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector of specific injection condition(eg. same time and number of times).

Reverse Flush & On-vehicle Cleaning

On-vehicle cleaning: The unit is equipped with various adapters and couplers that facilitate cleaning on the injectors on vehicle.

Reverse flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).
