This listing is for a Tonka Toy Excavator or similar kind of Tonka construction equipment? Maybe it is a road grader?  It is made of metal with a plastic scraper. It was manufactured in 1994. 

So, I'm not an expert...but I think this toy is probably 1:64 scale? It is about 1 3/4 tall, and about 4 inches long. I have included pictures with a ruler for your reference. 

Condition: This is a used toy in good condition with signs of use and play! There are some chips in the painted finish and some soiling (even after a bath and cleaning). Please take a look at my pictures and feel free to reach out with questions!
