Good used condition. Has some light creasing on the side of the cover. (As seen in photos #4 and #5) And a small water stain on the covers bottom back corner. (As seen in photo #3) There are some light scratches on the middle label of the record on both sides. (As seen in photos #9 and #12) I took pictures of all the information on the record.
