Heavy duty metal dispenser used for dispensing conventional 3" ID core hand wrap. Hand wrap roll fits over a stationary mandrel which the top tension knob handle screws into. Depending how deep the handle/tension knob is screwed into the stationary mandrel determines the width of the roll used. Adjusts to 12" to 18" widths. The top handle/tension knob is turned by the operator to apply tension to the roll.
