Buying multiple items (grouped together in a single shipment): Buy the first item by clicking " Add to Cart" instead of "Buy in Now", and then do the same for the second one and for any additional ones. When you already add all of items you are going to buy, find and click on Shopping Cart, you will see all items in Cart, and pay them by single one payment.

To confirm if items are eligible, simply add them to cart and you'll see the combined shipping total at checkout.
