Pharmacological properties
Woolly herb grass contains flavonoids, polysaccharides, mucus, organic acids, tannins, coumarins, saponins. this complex of biologically active substances has a diuretic, saline, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect. preparations from the herb woolly herb contribute to the dissolution and removal of stones from the kidneys, the rapid removal of inflammatory processes in the urinary tract, reduce the content of urea in the blood serum, increase the excretion of sodium ions and, to a lesser extent, potassium.
Indications
The initial stages of urolithiasis; postoperative period after removal of urinary stones; inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract (pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis); diseases accompanied by impaired salt metabolism (gout, spondylosis, polyarthritis).
Application
5 g (2 tablespoons) of herbs are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and leave in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the residue is squeezed out to the strained infusion. the volume of the infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. adults take warm 1/4-1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. children aged 12-14 years, 1 tablespoon, over 14 years old, 2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day 15-20 minutes before meals. course of treatment - 10-30 days, it is recommended to conduct 2-3 courses per year. shake the infusion before use.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug; the presence of stones larger than the diameter of the ureter; children's age up to 12 years.
Side effects
In isolated cases, nausea, allergic reactions (hyperemia, rash, itching and swelling) are possible.

During pregnancy and breastfeeding. women during pregnancy and lactation should use the drug, taking into account the benefit / risk ratio.

Storage conditions
