· All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods.
Shipping details
· All orders are shipped from our Highett warehouse. Orders received will ship within 24-48 hours. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.
· Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped and not responsible if untraceable.
Term of Sales
We allow a return for full refund or refund with shipping deducted on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
1.returned within 30 days of order;
2.not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
3.in a resalable condition; and
4.not damaged in any way.
