This is an unused item, in very good working order. It may have some dust or dirt from sitting on the shelf.  This wrench is around 18" long & has (2),  3/8" connections for the socket or extension, for working over your head, or to work on top of the job. 150lbs 20kp 

 It also can torque in revise, to let you see what the torque was at before you removed the nut or bolt.
