Items are shipped via palletline on a 2 working day service from time of dispatch. e.g. dispatches on Monday will be received Wednesday. A receiver MUST be present. Deliveries can occur any time on the day between 9am and 5pm. Additional fees are chargeable for re-attempted deliveries or the seller reserves to right not to refund shipping fees for undeliverable items returned to us by the shipper. Any vehicle access issues must be declared at the time of order. A large lorry with tail lift must be able to access your premises to deliver.
The tubes MUST be checked for damage at the time of receipt. No claim for damaged tubes can be considered once it has been signed for. Please DO NOT order if these terms are not acceptable.
