Portable radios "Russia-203" and "Russia-203-1" from 1985 and 1986 were produced by the Chelyabinsk radio plant "Flight". Radio receivers are the modernization of the models of the "Russia" series. Since 1989, the radio receiver "Russia-203-1" was produced according to the new GOST, being referred to as "Russia RP-203-1". From previously produced, the new receivers are distinguished by the presence of a modern element base and a slightly different external design. Radio receivers operate in the LW, MW bands and two subbands SW-1, SW-2. There is a step-by-step treble tone control, fine frequency adjustment in the SW1 and 2 subbands. Loudspeaker type 0.5GD-37. Powered by 4 A316 elements. Selectivity 36 dB. Sensitivity with an internal magnetic antenna in the ranges: LW - 2.1, MW - 1.2 mV / m, with a telescopic antenna in the SW1.2 subbands - 450 μV. Rated output power 0.15 W. The range of reproducible sound frequencies is 250...3550 Hz. The dimensions of any radio receiver are 215x195x65 mm. At the beginning of 1995, a small series of radio receivers of the type "Russia RP-203-1" was released for presentation to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, in honor of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Victory in Kazakhstan. The radio receiver "Russia RP-203-1" became the latest model in a similar design. In 1996, the release of the radio was completed.
