Terrier Tools is a family run business, located in North Wales. We have been established for the last 29 years as a leading supplier of power tools from the world's leading brands such as Bosch, Makita, Trend, etc.

We aim to advise our customers on the best product for their task in order for the job to be completed quickly, easily and profitably.

We are authorised agents for most power tool brands and have expert knowledge of supplying replacements, spares and accessories.

At Terrier Tools we pride ourselves on the advice we give to our customers and understand that the supply of spare parts and accessories are of particular importance in order to maintain, enhance and extend the capabilities of your power tools.

We aim to provide fast, efficient delivery for all of our items and orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days.

Depending on the product, we use Royal Mail, Interlink Express or UPS to deliver your item/s. Individual listings will give further information regarding the service used and the expected delivery times.

Please be aware that we only post to UK addresses.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all goods so that you can make an informed decision before your purchase. We understand however, that occasionally you may want to return the item/s you have ordered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must advise us via message within 14 days of receipt of your order - please do not return any goods before contacting us. We aim to reply to your email within 4 hours during opening hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) to advise you on the returns process and address.

All returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in an unused re-saleable condition. A full refund of the order total will be made using the original payment method. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
