These are the written guidelines even though UPS no longer enforces uniform or appearance guidelines on their drivers. UPS does not enforce any of these guidelines and drivers do what they want. There is No accountability by the management at UPS. This is not a uniform. At UPS today drivers have beards and look like thugs. NOT THE PEOPLE I want delivering my packages. They wear colored T-Shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, hats and caps. Coveralls and let them wear beards and facial hair. They wear tennis shoes and have no more appearance guidelines at UPS. The company has gone down hill and business around the world no longer want to do business with UPS. I don't blame them as I don't either. UPS drivers used to be well groomed, clean shaven, uniform neat and clean and in compliance. Drivers were well respected and trusted. Today they look grubby, shabby and NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Not the delivery people I want to trust with my packages.
