Cane Creek 110 ZS44/28.6 EC49/40 Headset - Sealed Stainless Bearings, Aluminum, Tapered or Straight Steerer Compatibility

The Cane Creek 110 ZS44/28.6 EC49/40 Headset in black features sealed stainless steel bearings for smooth performance. It is designed with zero stack uppers that press into the head tube, minimizing stack height, while the lowers are either zero stack or external cup. This headset is compatible with tapered steerer tubes from 1-1/8" to 1-1/2", as well as straight 1-1/8" steerers using a separately sold conversion crown race. The carbon-friendly compression ring is captured in the top cover to keep shims securely in place. Machined in Fletcher, NC, the 7075 T-6 aluminum cups offer durability, and the aluminum dual seal crown race protects the lower bearing. It is Interlok spacer compatible and comes with a 110-year warranty. The upper stack height measures 8mm and the lower stack height is 12mm. The headset follows S.H.I.S. designations ZS44/28.6/H8 for the upper and EC49/40 for the lower, with a stem clamp diameter of 28.6mm.

Shipping & Handling
Most orders placed during the workweek before 1:30 pm EST ship the same day, but in rare cases (peak season/holiday periods) handling time can take up to 48 hours. If you have questions regarding shipping estimates, please let us know prior to placing your order. There is a direct signature requirement for all orders over $500.Please allow 1-2 business days for your order tracking to update.

Returns
365 Cycles offers returns for 30 days on new items in their original, intact packaging. Return shipping for ALL orders are to be paid by the buyer. Please be sure to read our return policy entirely and if you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
Full refunds are issued on items that are brand new and we are able to resell as new. 365 Cycles reserves the right to deny returns that are outside of policy including, but not limited to, used items, items missing original packaging, items with damaged manufacturer packaging, or international orders. Return orders must be shipped in a box or bubble mailer. Items shipped without an outer box will incur a restocking fee. You will be contacted through eBay if your return is ineligible for a full refund.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from purchase date through your Purchase History under My eBay.
If we make an error in shipping, please contact us -- we will ship out the correct item and provide a free prepaid return label as quickly as possible!
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your order, the fastest and easiest way to do this is to reorder. We will ship your new order immediately and, in the meantime, please initiate a return through eBay on the original item and return it. We will refund for the returned item once it is received back.
