Conventional silent buttons have a sheet of cushioning material inserted under the cap to physically reduce the striking sound.  As a result, the button stroke was shallow and the feel of the button was different from that of normal buttons due to the cushioning material when the button was pressed in.

This product reproduces the same stroke and the same pressing sensation as normal buttons, while successfully reducing the noise level.
