A 125/70R18 spare size is within the accepted tolerance range for temporary use with all OEM tire diameters for this Toyota generation.
The overall tire height (not the wheel size) is the determining factor for spare tire fitment. The 18" spare wheel is then chosen to ensure proper fitment and to avoid interference with the brake or suspension system. This is regardless of the OEM wheel option that came on the vehicle.
