These guards weld onto the axle casing
NOT on to the diff pan,
allowing you to wash and clean behind the plates
to stop the diff pan rusting,
they are made out of 6mm mild steel
& are folded to give maximum strength .

This kit will fit the Front and Rear, Series 2 and 3, Defender, Discovery 1, Discovery 2, Range Rover Classic. (They will not fit Salisbury axles), they can also be used for many other makes and types of axles.

We found cutting the metal
plates to shape each time was time consuming so we have developed this set to
save you time.
Also we have used 6mm thick steel which is
thicker than many garages and far exceeds what some others sell on Ebay, it is hard
to cut these shapes in thicker metal ( unless you have a CNC Fibre laser
machine like we do ) .
We then form each piece by hand on our press brake
ensuring a perfect fit time after time .
These come in raw format so may well develop a some rust on the surface .
But ready to weld straight on to your machine .
They can then be painted to any colour of your choice .
We recommend a one coat paint like Hammorite or a wax oil ..
