SHIPPING:

-In most cases, I can ship items same day (depending on time payment comes through).

-Comes from a pet and smoke-free home.

-I do combine shipping for multiple purchases, if they are shipped in the same package. I will always attempt to put multiple orders in one shipment to you, to pass on the savings for shipping.  If ordering multiple items from my shop, I will issue a refund once items have been shipped.  

-All of my orders are packed with care for my customer in mind, and also to prevent damage during shipment.

-I try to recycle and reuse packing materials when possible.

RETURNS:

-If the listing states the item is returnable, I allow returns -  if that is what the listing states, and as long as the item you are returning is received in the same condition as I sent it to you.  Thank you for understanding.

-Refunds will be given once item is received and condition reviewed.
