TASTING NOTES
Colour
Nose: Opens with a distinct chimney smoke character with sea spray and cracked black pepper.
Palate: Distinctly Islay with peated malt, bonfire ashes and salty rock pools.
Finish: A long finish, developing into dark chocolate and burnt toast.
